The Tokyo International Robot Exhibition will be held at the Ariake International Exhibition Center in Tokyo, Japan from February 12 to 14, 2020.
Due to the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, it is not convenient for our domestic personnel to come to the exhibition site. This exhibition is attended by our overseas colleagues and local agents in Japan to provide you with professional introduction and services on site.
One of the highlights of Leaderdrive at this exhibition is the newly released new generation of future-oriented Y series (model Y) harmonic reducers. The Y series harmonic reducer is the unique patented design of Leaderdrive. It has a brand-new structure and tooth profile design, as well as the material and heat treatment process of the proprietary flexible wheel and bearing, which doubles the torsional rigidity and improves the transmission accuracy by two. The vibration coupling problem is solved fundamentally. Y series products represent the future development direction of harmonic reducers, which are very suitable for high-end industrial automation and high-end collaborative robot markets.
Another highlight is the Leaderdrive deceleration module, which integrates a harmonic decelerator, ultra-flat torque motor, EtherCAT bus driver, absolute hollow encoder, brake, and smart sensor. It greatly simplifies the installation and use time and cost of users. The integration of the harmonic reduction module is not a simple "1+1" on the hardware, but an integrated design, processing, assembly, and testing. The reduction module has very high accuracy, High torque/volume ratio, low temperature rise and ultra-compact size, to achieve extremely low vibration and smooth operation, the protection level is up to IP67, which is competent for harsh working environments.
Our booth is at booth 2-28 of Ariake International Exhibition Center, Tokyo, Japan. Welcome customers and friends to come and guide! Leaderdrive works with you to create a better future for robots!
