Specifications
According to the shape of the flex spline, strain wave reducers can be classified as Cup and Hollow. Each model can be classified into 2 types Standard and Dwarf according to the length of flex spline. The same model has several ratios.
Model Number rules
The model number of strain wave reducer is composed of seven parts:
Special type code, an abbreviation of our company, product type code, specification code, reduction ratio, structure code, connection types of input end and cam of the wave. Each part is connected with '-'.
2.1 Special Model No (Model Example①.)
2.1.1 "N" stands for a new generation long life strain wave reducer.
2.1.2 "Z" stands for high rigidity, high precision strain wave reducer for rotary precise indexing.
2.2 "L" is the English abbreviation of our company name. (Model Example②).
2.3 Product type code ( Model Example③) consists of three 3 parts: The shape of flex spline, the length of flex spline and whether it is a high torque type.
2.3.1 Shape of flex spline is classified as "Cup" and "Hollow". "C" stands for "Cup" and "H" Stands for "Hollow".
2.3.2 Length of flex spline is classified as "Standard" and "Dwarf". "S" stands for standard flex spline. "D" stands for dwarf flex spline.
2.3.3 If the third place of type code shows "G", it means high torque type. No "G" means standard type.
2.4 Specification code(Model example④): Specification code corresponds to the pitch diameter of strain wave reducer. The below table shows the relations between them.

2.5 Reduction ratio(Model example⑤): Normally, the reduction ration of strain wave reducers are 30、50 、80、 100、 120 、160. The reduction of the ration can be customized according to customer requirements.
2.6 Structure code(Model Example⑥): The structure code of strain wave reducer is classified as complete type, component type and lightweight type.
2.6.1 Complete type: This type is mounted with cross roller bearing and indicated by letter C.
2.6.2 Component type: This type is a 3-piece suit and indicated by the letter P.
2.6.3 Lightweight: This type is the weight reduction of complete type and indicated by "CL".
2.7 Connection form of input end and wave generator cam(Model Example⑦):
2.7.1 I type Standard type. Input bearing matches up with the internal hole of the cam through the connection of the flat key.
2.7.2 II type: Cross slipper type coupling. Input bearing is connected with the cam by means of cross slipper coupling.
2.7.3 III type: Hollow cylinder type. Input bearing is connected with hollow cam through the connection of bolts.
2.7.4 IV type: Shaft input type. With a shaft bearing at the high-speed end of the strain wave reducer.
