Leader Harmonious Drive Systems Co., Ltd., known as Leaderdrive is a high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in high precision reducer business since 2003. We are specialized in the development, production, and sale of harmonious speed reducer with world-class production and inspection line. We are guided by the principles of substantial investment in R & D, quality assurance in manufacturing, worldwide market reach, and substantial production capability. Investment in Research and Development
Leaderdrive spends more than 20 million RMB (3 million US dollars) on research and development annually. With leading technical prowess, the company has established its own R&D center and has a great partnership with universities and research institutes domestically and overseas. At present, our R & D team consists of more than 100 staff, including six PhDs and more than 20 master's degree-holders. We hold more than 40 patents related to precision gearing harmonic drives.
Quality Certification
Leaderdrive has received ISO certification for quality and environmental management, and we are also one of the main recipients of Chinese Guobiao (GB) national certification for "Harmonious Drive Gear Reducers for Robots," "Rolling Bearings - Flexible Bearings for Harmonious Drive Gear Reducers for Robots" and "Precision Gear Transmission for Robot—Test Method."
Worldwide Recognition
Leaderdrive produced and sold over 100,000 harmonious reducers in 2017, penetrating 90% of the Chinese domestic market for harmonic drives for robots and occupying over 60% of the domestic robot market. We have sold many products overseas, including Europe and America, Japan and Korea.
Production Capabilities
Leaderdrive can provide customized services and products as required. To meet the sharp increase of demand for harmonious reducers, Leaderdrive initiated a 600,000 sets/year harmonious reducer workshop in 2017, intending to forge an intelligent automated harmonic reducer production line. A brand new workshop was opened in the fourth quarter of 2018. Leaderdrive is estimated to realize a production capacity of 800,000 sets/year in total in 2021.
